Erin Herle is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) with a Master’s in Sport and Performance Psychology and a 2nd-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

A former international competitor, Erin knows the mental struggles athletes face—hesitation, doubt, and pressure that get in the way of performing at their best. She combines real-world experience with evidence-based strategies to help athletes train their minds like they train their bodies.

  • Each session lasts one hour, and the full program includes five private coaching sessions. You'll also have action steps to work on between sessions, but the time commitment is flexible based on your schedule.

  • All sessions are conducted online via Zoom, so you can participate from anywhere. This allows for flexibility while still providing personalized, high-quality coaching.

  • Yes. You’ll have ongoing support between sessions to help reinforce what we cover. This may include follow-up messages, exercises to practice, or check-ins to ensure you're applying what you’ve learned.

  • Life happens. If you need to reschedule, just let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll find a new time that works.

  • The full 5-session program is $650. Payment plans are available if needed.

  • I stand by this program. If you don’t feel like you’re making meaningful progress by session two, I will refund you—no questions asked.
